Thinking or planning to start a new year resolution in 2016; if you are good luck; most people start out well intentioned but unfortunately stop in a few short weeks. Generally because they have not thought through what is involved in making such a change.
So what should you do, write down first what it is you believe is you goal; it might be I want to run and lose weight, start eating healthier or lose weight all fairly typical. Now you should decide how much and what this goal actually means for example you want to run ok ; fine but how often and where. Losing weight the most popular goal but rarely has anyone any clear idea how to achieve it.
